Clinical evidence, not generic promises.
Three real implant rehabilitation cases: mandibular All-on-4, implant-retained overdenture and lower arch rehabilitation with Locator-style attachments. Each plan was defined after clinical and prosthetic diagnosis.
Each image reflects a different clinical decision.
Images are shown without visible personal data. When a face is visible, it is used under patient consent. Outcomes are individual and do not replace an evaluation.
Diagnosis first
Bone, bite, gum tissue, general health and prosthetic goals are evaluated before choosing a treatment.
Not everything is fixed
Some patients benefit from fixed prostheses; others from more stable implant-retained overdentures.
Personalized plan
The number of implants, attachments and prosthesis type changes depending on the case.
Mandibular All-on-4 with fixed ceramic prosthesis
A fully edentulous patient in the upper and lower arches wanted a fixed solution for the mandible. A mandibular All-on-4 plan was completed, the upper complete denture was renewed, and the lower arch was restored with a fixed ceramic implant prosthesis.

Individual clinical case. Indication, timing and outcome depend on diagnosis, general health, available bone, bite and the prosthetic plan for each patient.
Lower edentulous case with bar and Locator attachments
A lower edentulous patient received four mandibular implants for a bar-retained, tissue-supported overdenture. In the upper arch, two implants with Locator-style attachments were placed for an implant-retained, tissue-supported prosthesis.

Individual clinical case. Indication, timing and outcome depend on diagnosis, general health, available bone, bite and the prosthetic plan for each patient.
Partially edentulous mandible treated with extractions, ridge regularization and implants
A partially edentulous mandible with five teeth of poor prognosis and an ill-fitting lower removable prosthesis. The plan included extractions, segmental ridge regularization, placement of three implants with Locator-style attachments and an immediate removable full prosthesis retained by those attachments.

Individual clinical case. Indication, timing and outcome depend on diagnosis, general health, available bone, bite and the prosthetic plan for each patient.
